The Cuevas Vineyard brix test showed that the vineyard was averaging 22.5 brix and 3.0 pH this past week. As typical for the vineyard, Halter Ranch fruit is still maturing, with the sugars at about 21.5 and the flavors very muted which will change over the next few weeks. With that, harvest is likely to be the end of October and in to November.
