The Cuevas Vineyard brix test showed that the vineyard was averaging 21.5 brix and 3.3 pH this past week. The stems and seeds are still fairly green but with consistent, hot weather, those should ripen quickly and have the right flavors and brix levels (24-25) soon. We are waiting to receive word about our Halter Ranch Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. We expect the Cuevas harvest to come first, likely in the first few weeks of October.
